Calculator inputs and exports

The room dimensions, fixture specifications, target light level and layout choices you enter are processed in your browser. This website does not provide an account system or a server endpoint that receives those calculator inputs.

CSV and PNG files are generated locally in your browser. Printing uses your browser’s print function. Files you save are managed by your device and browser rather than stored by this website.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message and any attachments. We use it to understand the request, reply, investigate reported issues and maintain an appropriate record of the conversation.

The provider operating the contact mailbox processes messages to deliver and store email. Messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, related records and applicable obligations, then deleted when they are no longer needed.

Hosting and technical data

When the public website is visited, its hosting and network providers may automatically process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This may include an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information, response status and security logs.

Vercel hosts this website. Technical information may be used for site delivery, reliability, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. Hosting logs are managed under the provider’s operational and retention policies; this website does not add a separate analytics or user-profile database.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The current website code does not set cookies and does not include analytics trackers, advertising scripts or behavioral profiling. A cookie consent banner is therefore not part of the current site.

If analytics, advertising, embedded third-party media or other non-essential storage is added later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before that feature is used.

Sharing and sale of personal information

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the site or mailbox, when you ask us to do so, or when disclosure is required to address an applicable obligation or protect the service.

Links to manufacturer and reference websites take you to independent sites with their own privacy practices. This policy does not describe how those external sites handle information.

Your questions and requests

You may ask what personal information we hold from your correspondence, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question. The response may depend on the nature of the request and applicable requirements.
