• Calculator issue: room inputs, fixture values, target, layout mode, expected result and the result shown.
• Fixture correction: exact model or ASIN, value in question, manufacturer source URL and document date or version.
• Page feedback: page URL, device or browser if relevant, and a concise description of the problem.
• Privacy request: use “Privacy request” in the subject and explain what you would like us to review.

Please remove personal or confidential information that is not needed. If you attach a screenshot or exported plan, check it before sending.

Before asking about a project

General feedback can help improve the calculator, but email does not provide a project-specific lighting design, electrical assessment or installation approval. For decisions about a real installation, consult an appropriately qualified professional familiar with the location and selected products.
